Best Western Westminster Hotel Policies

• Minimum check-in age is 21.
• Check-in time is anytime after 3PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed.)
• Check-out time is 11AM. (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible.)
• This property considers guests aged 13 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise the front desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children.

Payment Policies Deposit Information

• A valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
• You may pay by credit card, cash, travelers’ checks or Best Western Travel Card upon departure.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation policy is 24 hours before arrival date.
• Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.

Currency Conversions

• All rates are confirmed and will be charged in US Dollars.
• AAs currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange.
• Currency exchange is available at the front desk.

Extra guests

• All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy.

Rollway Beds & Cribs

• Rollway beds are available at the hotel for additional fee of $10.00 per night.
• Cribs are available by request at no charge.

Parking
